Disclaimer or Warranties

Any warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer, if any. The seller hereby disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warrantee or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and RIVA Racing, neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products.


Orders by Fax

Orders may be placed by FAX by calling our FAX line (954/785-2535) open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from anywhere in the world. Please be sure that all part numbers and quantities, complete name, address, phone number, credit card number with expiration date and shipping instructions are legible. Your order will be processed by the next working day.


Technical Assistance and Customer Service

If you have a problem with an order, need to check when an order was shipped, need a part number or have questions about parts applications, please call 800/241-4544. Retail orders are shipped UPS C.O.D. via personal check, money order, cashiers check or pre-pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. Dealer orders are shipped UPS C.O.D. via company check, money order, cashiers check or with the previously listed Credit Cards. Credit Card orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card being used, unless otherwise approved by RIVA Racing. RIVA Racing offers no credit terms.

Dealers presenting a bad check will be placed on a PREPAYMENT Only Status until the problem has cleared. All Florida dealers must furnish RIVA Racing with a completed Florida State Resale Card or the appropriate sales tax will be charged. All C.O.D. orders are subject to current UPS pricing charges per box shipped. These charges are included in addition to the normal shipping charges.


Standard Fulfillment / Shipping

Shipping methods for standard orders is UPS Ground service or USPS. Standard order delivery time is 5-10 business days. In some cases items may be on backorder with the manufacturer and may take longer than 5-10 business days. You will be notified by a sales representative if this is the case. If you have a question on availability of a product or need a product sooner, please contact one of our sales representatives at 800-241-4544 / 954-785-2684. We will be happy to assist in determining the most prompt and efficient way to fulfill your order.

Tires, Chemicals, Batteries and Oversized Items are limited to Standard Ground delivery within the Continental U.S. (48 States). Additional shipping fees may apply to Oversized Orders.

Merchandise damaged in shipping must be returned to our shipping department within 14 days of the invoice date. Therefore, please inspect all boxes upon delivery. All damage claims are to be reported to the freight carrier. All returns must have a Return Authorization number.

Free Shipping Orders Over $150

Free shipping offer applies only to online orders totaling over $150 before tax and shipping, using standard fulfillment/shipping method. Offer applies only to domestic shipments within the Continental United States (48 States). Oversized and overweight items and/or shipments, chemicals, and hazardous materials are excluded from this offer. Dealer orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Note that we may not know the size and weight of the item(s) you are ordering until your order has been processed. If your order is oversized and/or overweight and does not qualify for our free shipping offer, you will be contacted by a sales representative with a shipping quote. We will not process your oversized/overweight order until we have approval on the shipping quote.


International Orders

International orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. When placing an order by email or FAX, please include your exact shipping address and FAX number, (with your country & city code). This is very important. We will email you a quote and request for payment with instructions. You will be responsible for any & all tariffs or customs fees when the order arrives in your country. Backorders are shipped automatically if less than 30-days from original order date. We will verify, by telephone or FAX, any back orders held over 30-days before shipping. For more information on backorders please visit Our Shipping Policies.



Do not return any merchandise without calling and receiving a return authorization number (RA#). This number must be used for all returns and must appear prominently on the outside of the box. No returns are allowed on electrical parts, tools or special order items. Items returned must include all original packaging and labels in good condition. (Free of dents, tears, markings, writing of any kind, greasy fingerprints etc.) Please note the original packaging is not intended for shipping purposes. The original packaging must be packed inside of a shipping box. Returns using the original packaging box as a shipment box will be rejected. All sales are final after 20 working days from the invoice date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
