When can I shop?
A) Whenever you need a part. is available for online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your purchase will be processed and shipped on the next business day within business hours after you place your order (special order items may vary).

Is there a maximum order size?
A) No. The only exception will be on occasional special offers that have a limit per order.

How do I check my order status?
A) Simply log into your RIVA Racing account online or call Customer Support at (954) 785-2684. To make your request even easier, have your order number ready. You can also check your order's status by sending an email request (including your order number) to 

Why can't I order chemicals online?
A) Due to regulations and ordinances of the Environmental Protection Agency and other government agencies, all flammable and hazardous materials cannot be shipped through the mail without following strict procedures and absorbing significant price increases.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
A) Yes. Your order can be cancelled up until the moment it's shipped. Orders with certain types of special order items, such as, items that are shipped directly from our vendor locations, cannot be canceled. To cancel your order, call Customer Service at (800) 241-4544 and have your order number ready.

Is a secure Web site?
A) uses industry standard technology for secure online transactions and makes placing an order online at at least as safe as giving your credit card number over the telephone. See the little lock icon next to our URL if you're ever in doubt!

What credit cards does accept?
At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express debit and credit cards, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal, and RIVA Racing Gift cards. does not accept CODs, personal checks, or EBT cards.

Is my online transaction secure?
A) When you use your credit card to purchase items using our website, rest assured that the transaction is secure. Our server uses SSL technology, a protocol that encrypts communication between the web server and your browser to safeguard your personal information and guarantee privacy. SSL encryption technology works with all browsers. We never store raw magnetic strip, card validation code, or PIN block data.

Is it secure to pay using PayPal?
A) When you check out using PayPal, you are sharing your payment information directly with PayPal; RIVA Racing will never see or in any other way have access to your PayPal account credentials, or your credit card, debit card or Venmo information. If a customer feels one of their payment accounts have been compromised after paying with PayPal, the customer should directly communicate with PayPal customer service. There is no way for payment information submitted to PayPal to be accessed, hacked or otherwise jeopardized via the RIVA Racing payment vault. 

Why am I being charged sales tax?
A) RIVA Racing is required to collect taxes in all states where we have a physical presence. We are also required to calculate taxes based on where your order is being shipped to. As a result, if we have a physical presence in the state we are shipping your order to, we are required by law to charge all applicable state and local taxes.

Why aren't there images and descriptions for some of your parts?
A) RIVA Racing is constantly working with our vendors to improve your online shopping experience by providing more detailed descriptions and images for our products. Please call or visit your local RIVA Racing dealer for more details.

What browsers does your site support?
A) Our site works on all current browsers in Windows 7+, Mac OSX, Android, specifically:Latest version of Android browsers.

Do I pay shipping for parts I return to
A) You don't pay shipping if the part is returned due to our mistake. For instance, if you are shipped the wrong part or if it is damaged in shipping, we'll pay the return shipping expense. IJSBA Memberships

What is an IJSBA Membership?
A) The International Jet Sports Boating Association (IJSBA) is the world sanctioning body for watercraft racing. An IJSBA membership officially registers you to compete in racing events worldwide, both amateur & pro.

Where do I purchase an IJSBA Membership?
A) You can purchase an IJSBA Membership directly from RIVA Racing. Registering with the IJSBA will also allow you to purchase Emissions Controlled products on our website.

Where can I find my IJSBA Membership account number?
A) You can find your IJSBA membership number in your account details.

Why do I need an IJSBA Membership to purchase certain products?
A) You will need to be a registered member of the IJSBA in order to purchase Emissions Controlled products such as exhaust systems or tuning devices.

How Often do I have to fill out an emissions form to purchase an Emissions Controlled product?
A) You will only need to fill out an Emissions Form on RIVA Racing one time. The information will store to your account, along with your IJSBA membership number.

What if I don't live in California, do I still need an IJSBA Membership?
A) There are certain Emissions Controlled products that you will need to be registered for no matter where you live in the USA.

What if I am an international customer, do I still need an IJSBA Membership?
A) International customers are not required to be registered with the IJSBA at this time.

The Department of Homeland Security has designated repair facilities and parts suppliers as critical infrastructure industries, which serves as a guideline for local and state governments as they establish requirements within their own communities to balance safety and wellness with the critical need to ensure essential businesses and individuals have access to repairs, parts, and supplies as needed.

These government orders within your area may temporarily change the way you are able to shop for parts and supplies, but RIVA Racing remains committed to doing everything we can to safely provide you excellent customer service, as we all face the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 virus. You will find additional detail below about how we will strive to provide you the critical parts you need in the safest way possible, whether through a modified in-store buying experience, online at, or a combination of both through curbside service.

Protecting Our Valued Customers and Team Members from the Spread of COVID-19

Heightened Cleaning Throughout Our Facilities

We continue to provide increased housekeeping and sanitation efforts, company-wide, to minimize the risk of transmission of COVID-19 to our team and our customers. Regularly scheduled protocols have been implemented for team members in our distribution centers, delivery vehicles, and stores to clean and disinfect common use areas and frequent-contact surfaces, such as door handles, countertops, keypads, and shopping baskets. Additional supplemental cleaning and sanitation is performed, where warranted, through a combination of internal and external professional resources.

Hand Washing Protocols & Hand Sanitizer

We continue to place a strong emphasis on frequent and thorough hand-washing and hand sanitization practices for our team members, and have sanitizer available for customers at our welcome center as they enter the store.

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

We continue to follow the evolving guidance from the CDC and your local regulatory and health agencies for the use of PPE. Per CDC recommendations, we require all team members to wear face masks unless they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and even our fully vaccinated team members will gladly wear face masks during your visit upon your request. We also recommend that our customers wear masks and we strongly encourage and appreciate their use in all of our stores by anyone who has not been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Modified In-Store Experience

We value the interaction we have on a daily basis with our customers, and have built our business on excellent customer service. However, we have modified how we do business to protect our customers and team members through social distancing by staying six feet apart. When you visit our stores, you will find we have provided signage to ensure that our team members, you, and other customers are aware of CDC guidance for social distancing, as well as any additional local government mandates. As added reminders, you will find counter markers, floor markers, and more in-store signage to facilitate maintaining the recommended distance while still providing the parts and service you need.

Team Member Wellness & Support

RIVA Racing team members and outside service providers are required to complete entry screening, including symptom, external exposure, and temperature assessments. We ask that our customers respect our team members and other customers by not entering the store if they have been exposed to COVID or are symptomatic. Alternative shopping options are outlined below.

Curbside Pickup of Online Orders

We are now offering curbside pickup for Buy Online Pick Up In-Store orders, allowing customers to make their purchase online ( and call the store when they arrive curbside. Our team members will locate your purchase and bring it to your vehicle where it can be placed directly into your back seat, trunk, or cargo area to prevent you from having to handle the products or leave your vehicle. Just click, call, and drive – it couldn’t be simpler. We also have alternate options for customers who are not able to enter the store but are in need of parts.

Shipping is also an option for those customers who do not wish to visit one of our stores to limit exposure, allowing you to receive your orders the next day in many cases.
