International Shipping Terms & Conditions

RIVA Racing offers worldwide international shipping. Upon placing an order we will contact you with a shipping quote based on your order weight and specific location.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

Shipping Restrictions

Tires, hazardous, oversize and easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally. These product types include, but are not limited to:

  • Batteries
  • Oversized Items
  • Maintenance Chemicals
  • Aerosols
  • Oils
  • Solvents
  • Audio Speakers

Shipping Fulfillment & Delays

We use several carriers for International fulfillment. The carrier used to fulfill your order will depend on the destination country.

RIVA Racing is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by a country's customs procedures. Once an order is shipped and leaves our warehouse, any additional delays are incurred by the shipping courier. We are not able to estimate shipping times based on these delays.

Customs & Duty Charges

Backordered Items

In some cases items may be on backorder with the manufacturer and may take longer than 5-10 business days. You will be notified by a sales representative if this is the case. Backorders are shipped automatically if less than 30-days from original order date. We will verify, by telephone or email, any backorders held over 30-days before shipping.

Special Order Items

Special order items are a part of our expanded online selection and are not immediately available on RIVA Racing premises. These items are ordered directly from manufacturers and may require additional lead time prior to shipping. Common items in this category include Hydro-Turf mats and custom ordered seat covers. Special ordered items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Oversized Items

Bulky/Heavy items may be charged at a higher shipping rate and shipping charges will be quoted after checkout. If your order includes an oversized item we will reach out to collect additional shipping funds. In most cases these products will be marked on the product page.

Bulky/Oversized items include, but are not limited to: Bigfoot Trailers & accessories, Stand Up Paddleboards, Coolers, Fishing Racks, Floating Docks, Beach Dollies, Trailers, Lifting Slings, Stands. etc.

Returns & Damaged Items

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges (fees, duties, etc) for returns & exchanges unless otherwise noted.

International returns should be marked as "Merchandise Return." Purchaser is responsible for any customs charges.

Currency Exchange Rate - RIVA Racing is not responsible for refunding additional funds in the event that exchange rates change between order purchase date and return of items.

All other applicable conditions in the Return & Refund Policy apply to international returns.

Merchandise damaged in shipping must be returned to our shipping department within 14 days of the invoice date. Therefore, please inspect all boxes upon delivery. All damage claims are to be reported to the freight carrier. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. In order to acquire an RA number, please contact our sales department at 800-241-4544 / 954-785-2684 or email orders@rivaracing.com. Please also document damage to all areas of shipping packaging and product (if opened). This will help us to quickly process damaged merchandise returns.
