Shipping Fees & Timing
Shipping fees are calculated on a "per order," "per item," "package size," or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide. In the Continental USA, orders over $150 (USD) ship for free, excluding some select items. For more information on FREE shipping over $150 (USD) click here.
Shipping begins once an order has been processed. In some cases items may be on backorder with the manufacturer. In certain cases, we may choose to ship an order in installments if that is feasible, or we will hold the order until all products have arrived at our warehouse. You will be notified by a sales representative if this is the case. We will be happy to assist in determining the most prompt and efficient way to fulfill your order.
Please note that shipping times do not start until processing & fulfillment is completed. Orders may be delayed in either stage which will add to the time it takes for your order to arrive. A representative will notify you if there are any delays.
Standard order processing time is 3-5 business days. An order status of "Processing" means your order has been entered into our system and that we are filing the order paperwork. Depending on the amount of orders in our system to be processed, it could take up to 5 days to process a standard parts order. Usually, however, we try to get orders processed within 3 days. It also depends on the time of day the order is placed. Orders placed before 2pm EST will typically start processing the same day.
Fulfillment time is the time it takes to collect and package your product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days:
- 3-5 business days for In Stock products
- 3-30 business days for Special Order products (Hydro-Turf, Custom Seat Covers, etc.)
- 3-60 business days for Backordered products
85% of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Fulfillment time does not include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
- The stock you see on our website is calculated based on our manufacturer's availability for each product within the time frame of 30 days.
- Our fulfillment averages do not account for the time an order might be put on hold.
- Fulfillment for large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 10 days.
How to Change Shipping Information
Should you need to change your shipping information after your initial purchase please contact your sales representative at 800-241-4544 / 954-785-2684. In most cases, we require that your shipping and billing address match in order to confirm shipment.
Need to Change Your Shipping or Pickup Options?
You may change your shipping options prior to beginning the shipping process. This is usually within 3-4 days of placing your order. This timeframe may be reduced during peak volume times (EG-holidays, summer, etc.).
Shipping Confirmation & Order Cancellations
In some cases we may contact you for additional shipping information or funds for oversized, backorders, special orders or international orders. Orders will be cancelled automatically if the customer does not send confirmation and/or shipping payment within 30 days of the initial order.
