Return & Exchange Periods

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day your invoice is printed. After 20 business days from the invoice date a sale is considered final. After this 20 day period all orders are subject to a restocking fee.

 

Return Instructions

In order to start the return process, please call 800-241-4544 / 954-785-2684 to receive an RA number, or email us at orders@rivaracing.com.

  1. Call RIVA Racing for an RA # 800-241-4544 / 954-785-2684.
  2. If applicable, provide all documented evidence of damage & reason for return.
  3. RIVA representative will provide you with an RA# for an approved return.
  4. Please write this RA# on the outside of your return, and “Attention: RIVA Return.”
  5. We will process your return and contact you confirming your return or exchange.

All returns and refunds are for the amount charged to the customer at the time of receipt.

 

International Returns

Please follow the return instructions above. Keep in mind that some return shipments may be delayed by customs and increase the return process time.

Unless otherwise noted by RIVA Racing staff, customers are responsible for all costs incurred from shipping any return or exchange. This may include return shipping, customs fees, or restocking fees. In some cases, we may reduce or waive any of these fees at our discretion.

RIVA Racing is not responsible for any currency exchange rate changes that may occur between the time of purchase and the return or cancellation of an order. All returns and refunds are for the amount charged to the customer at the time of receipt.

 

Like-New Condition

Items must be returned in like-new condition. Items that are damaged, dented, scratched, written on, greased with finger prints, torn or missing major components may be denied return. Apparel must not be worn or laundered, and all original tags and packaging must be included with a return.

In addition, all items must be returned with all original packaging and labels in good condition. Please note the original packaging is not intended for shipping purposes. The original packaging must be packed inside of a shipping box. Returns using the original packaging box as a shipment box will be rejected.

Items returned with damage or missing the original packaging will be rejected and the return will not be processed.

 

Damaged Items

Merchandise damaged in shipping must be returned to our shipping department within 14 days of the invoice date. Therefore, please inspect all boxes upon delivery. All damage claims are to be reported to the freight carrier. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. In order to acquire an RA number, please contact our sales department at 800-241-4544 / 954-785-2684 or email orders@rivaracing.com. Please have images ready of the damaged shipping box and items for review.

Please also document damage to all areas of shipping packaging and product (if opened). This will help us to quickly process damaged merchandise returns.

 

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

All Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for return. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, special orders, non-subscription digital content, prepaid cards (including gift cards), opened electronics, memberships, completed services, tools, electrical parts, opened/unsealed consumable items including batteries, cleaning agents, oils, fuel, filters, cleaners, or otherwise noted maintenance chemicals.

 

Shipping Fees

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a restocking fee after 20 days from initial invoice date. Please note that this date does not start on the day you receive your order, but on the actual invoice document. All orders beyond this date are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
