We know that many of you are social distancing during this time and have plenty of time to work on your skis. Due to this we are experiencing a high volume of orders while limiting our staff for safety measures. To that end, in order to keep you on the water and provide the best service we can, RIVA Racing has the following available:

  • All domestic orders over $150 will ship free
  • We are offering curbside pickup for all local orders
  • While our employees practice safe habits working remotely (where able), we're still here for you. Our customer service is available during all of our normal business hours, so if you've got a need - we're here to help
  • In order to practice safe social distancing, all RIVA Racing employees are working at safe distances, with masks, and with regular sanitation schedules throughout the day with cleaning staff
  • Hand Sanitization stations have also been made readily available for all employees

We are carefully monitoring the recommendations of governmental health agencies, such as the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health organizations. We have elevated our stringent cleaning and sanitation protocol. We are frequently disinfecting often touched surfaces such as door handles, counter tops, keypads, and restroom surfaces. We also have Purrell dispensers throughout the store, and have just installed free standing stations near doorways.


We have educated our RIVA team on COVID-19 symptoms as well as preventive measures. The team has been instructed to wash their hands frequently, which has been proven by the CDC to be the most effective preventative measure. As of now we are not aware of any team member contracting COVID-19. We have implemented guidelines that instruct any team member who may develop symptoms or come into contact with an infected individual to stay home and follow the CDC’s instructions.We have also implemented a policy with our team that if they travel by air, cruise, or attend large gatherings that they must self-quarantine for 14 days before coming back to work.
