This was the first all new standup model ski to be released by Kawasaki since 1992. It has a new 800cc engine and is extremely popular for racing and recreational riding. These sponsons fit under the gunnel beading on the bond line of the boat where the hull and deck are joined together and come into play when the boat is leaned over into the corners. The sponsons hold the ski on line in even the hardest turns and make getting those really tight corners look easy.
