We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide. Free shipping offer applies only to domestic shipments within the Continental United States (48 States). Oversized and overweight items and/or shipments, chemicals, and hazardous materials are excluded from this offer and may incur an additional shipping cost.
Note that we may not know the size and weight of the item(s) you are ordering until your order has been processed. If your order is oversized and/or overweight and does not qualify for our free shipping offer, you will be contacted by a sales representative with a shipping quote. We will not process your oversized/overweight order until we have approval on the shipping quote.

Should you need to change your shipping information after your initial purchase please contact your sales representative at 800-241-4544 / 954-785-2684. In most cases, we require that your shipping and billing address match in order to confirm shipment.
You may change your shipping options prior to beginning the shipping process. This is usually within 3-4 days of placing your order. This timeframe may be reduced during peak volume times (EG-holidays, summer, etc.).
Merchandise damaged in shipping must be returned to our shipping department within 14 days of the invoice date. Therefore, please inspect all boxes upon delivery. All damage claims are to be reported to the freight carrier. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. In order to acquire an RA number, please contact our sales department at 800-241-4544 / 954-785-2684 or email orders@rivaracing.com. Please also document damage to all areas of shipping packaging and product (if opened). This will help us to quickly process damaged merchandise returns.
